Lowell City Hall will begin with new hours for City Hall on October 2, 2023.  We will be testing this for a three month period to determine if these are permanent hours.  Our hours will be the following:

• Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Closed Friday

Water and Sewer Utility bills are due on the 20th of each month.  If this falls on a Friday, the deadline for bills will be the following Monday at 5:30 PM before late fees would be applied.
